Since its inception in 2011, the ACM Conference on Data and Applications Security and Privacy (CODASPY) has become a premier forum for the exchange and dissemination of data and applications security and privacy research results among researchers, practitioners, developers, educators and users. Continuing this tradition, the 10th ACM CODASPY was to be hosted this year in New Orleans, LA, USA, from March 16-18, 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 world pandemic, it is extremely unfortunate that we are unable to host this prestigious event in person and face-to-face. Nevertheless, due to the diligent and hard work of the organizing committee, especially the program chairs, the ACM CODASPY Steering Committee, the ACM, and in particular the authors and presenters, we have been able to pull together all parts of the conference and host the event virtually for the first time in the history of ACM CODASPY. All the events will be held online from August 3 to August 4, 2020, USA Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). We thank everyone who made the 10th ACM CODASPY 2020 possible and welcome you to the virtual conference.
